Naveera Technology LLC – Global Privacy Statement

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

Who we are

We’re Naveera Technology LLC, together with our affiliates and our Offshore Development Center: building data engineering, generative AI, application development, and IT infrastructure solutions for enterprises. Our headquarters sits at 3145 Wood Branch Drive, Atlanta, GA 30004, USA, with our Offshore Development Center at Sambakulam, Kodikulam, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625007, India. For the personal data described in this Statement, Naveera acts as the controller unless we say otherwise.

Integrity is one of the four values we build on, the “D” in DATA. That same principle shapes how we treat your personal data: with respect, responsibility, and transparency, not just legal compliance.

What this Statement covers

This Statement applies to personal data we collect or receive when you:

  • Explore naveeratech.com or engage with us on LinkedIn;
  • Submit a form: Enquire Now, Get free consultation, Schedule a meeting, Request a technical deep-dive;
  • Email, call, or message our team;
  • Subscribe to our newsletter or request an insight, case study, or reference material;
  • Apply for a role through our Careers page;
  • Join a webinar, event, or consultation we’re running;
  • Visit us in Atlanta or Madurai.

We link to third-party sites and tools we don’t control; their privacy practices are their own, and we’d encourage you to review them separately.

This is a business-to-business site, built for professionals evaluating our services, not for children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared personal data with us, reach out and we’ll remove it.

This Statement doesn’t extend to data we process on a client’s behalf while delivering an engagement; that data path, and privacy responsibility, sits with the terms of the specific client agreement.

What personal data we process

“Personal Data” means anything that identifies you, on its own or alongside other information we hold. Depending on how you engage with us, that may include:

  • Business contact details: name, title, company, email, phone;
  • What you tell us directly: an enquiry, a project brief, a support request, a resume;
  • How you use naveeratech.com: pages visited, links clicked, IP address, browser and device details, cookies;
  • Recruitment information, if you apply for a role with us;
  • Publicly available business information, or information we receive from a party you’ve authorized to share it with a referral, a joint marketing partner, a professional network always within what the law allows.

If you share someone else’s personal data with us, you’re confirming you have the standing to do so, and any required consent from them is already in hand.

Why we process your personal data

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to, mapped to specific purposes:

Legal basis Why we process your data
Legitimate interest Running, securing, and improving naveeratech.com and our services; catching fraud or misuse before it becomes a problem; understanding client interest and identifying the right engagement opportunities; sharing case studies, insights, and event invitations; recording calls or virtual sessions for training and quality; managing visitors at our offices.
Contract, or steps toward one Scoping and delivering our data engineering, generative AI, application development, AI, IT infrastructure, and offshore development work; responding to project enquiries and consultation requests; managing client and vendor relationships; evaluating job applications.
Legal obligation Meeting tax, employment, immigration, and corporate recordkeeping requirements; responding to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or government bodies.
Consent Sending newsletters and marketing updates (subscribing means you’re opting in to hear from us); non-essential cookies; any other processing tied to a specific purpose you’ve agreed to.

How long we hold your data

We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as law requires us to retain records  nothing longer. Once that window closes, we delete or anonymize it. Where full deletion isn’t technically possible right away, we lock the data down so it can’t be used further.

Your rights, and how to use them

Depending on where you’re based, you generally have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict how we use your personal data; to object to processing; to withdraw consent where consent is the basis; and to opt out of marketing at any time. These rights carry the usual exemptions under applicable law and may not apply in every case.

  • Email business@naveeratech.com to exercise any of these rights or ask a question , we may ask a few details to confirm it’s really you before we act on the request.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time via the link in the message itself.
  • Transactional or engagement-related communications tied to an active project will continue even after you opt out of marketing.

We’ll respond within the timeframe your local law sets, flagging any permitted extension along the way.

Who we share your data with

Naveera operates across two sites, Atlanta and Madurai, so data moves between them as part of normal delivery work. Outside that, we share personal data only with:

  • Service providers and vendors supporting our website, communications, and infrastructure;
  • Professional advisors: legal, audit, insurance when their expertise is needed;
  • Regulators, courts, or law enforcement, where disclosure is legally required;
  • A successor entity, if Naveera is ever acquired, merged, or restructured.

We do not sell your personal data, under any circumstance. Where a transfer crosses into a jurisdiction with weaker data protection standards than yours, we put contractual safeguards in place first.

Beyond the parties above, disclosure only ever traces back to the purposes already described in this Statement. If we’re pulled into a sale, merger, restructuring, or similar corporate transaction, your data may transfer as part of that deal, always under the same protections. If a court, regulator, or other competent authority puts a legal request in front of us, or the law simply requires it, we’ll disclose what’s necessary and no more. None of this opens the door to sharing beyond what this Statement already sets out.

Some of that sharing crosses borders, our Atlanta and Madurai teams work as one, and a service provider we rely on may sit somewhere else entirely. Where the destination doesn’t offer protections on par with your own region’s, we document the safeguards and technical measures we put in place before the data moves, not after.

We also draw a hard line between your personal data and the numbers behind it. Aggregated or anonymized information, the kind that no longer traces back to you, is fair game for analytics, research, industry submissions, thought leadership, and promotional work. It’s how we track things like deployment timelines or forecast accuracy across engagements without ever touching who you are.

How we protect your data

We hold ourselves to the same security bar we build into client systems: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit trails, and a zero-trust posture internally. Still, no system is unbreakable, if you ever suspect your data has been exposed, tell us immediately at business@naveeratech.com and we’ll act on it.

Analytics and Advertising Technologies

Naveera may use analytics, measurement, advertising, and marketing technologies to understand website activity, measure campaigns, improve digital experiences, and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications.

Depending on the technologies actually deployed, these providers may receive information such as:

  • Device and browser information
  • IP address or technical identifiers
  • Website interactions
  • Campaign identifiers
  • Page-view information
  • Conversion information
  • Cookie or similar identifiers

Naveera will configure and use such technologies in accordance with applicable law and our contractual arrangements with service providers.

We do not treat all analytics or advertising technologies as interchangeable. Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of certain processing, we will provide the applicable mechanism.

Global Privacy Control and Other Preference Signals

Where required by applicable law, Naveera will recognize and process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), in accordance with applicable requirements.

The availability and effect of such signals may depend on your jurisdiction, the browser or device you use, and the nature of the processing involved.

Client Data and Service Delivery

Naveera provides technology and professional services that may involve processing information belonging to or controlled by our clients.

When we process personal information on behalf of a client, the client may determine:

  • What information is processed
  • Why it is processed
  • How it is processed
  • How long it should be retained
  • Who may access it

In those circumstances, Naveera may act as a processor, service provider, contractor, business associate, or similar role depending on applicable law and the contractual relationship.

The client’s privacy notice and contractual terms may therefore govern the processing of such information.

If you have a relationship with one of our clients and believe Naveera is processing your information on that client’s behalf, you should generally direct your privacy request to the relevant client unless the applicable agreement provides otherwise.

Recruitment and careers

If you apply for a role with us, we collect information such as your name, contact details, resume, employment history, education, qualifications, references, and interview notes, to evaluate your candidacy, communicate with you, and manage our recruitment process in line with applicable law. We may share recruitment information with background screening providers or professional advisers where reasonably necessary. Recruitment records are retained according to applicable legal requirements and our legitimate business needs.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, Naveera may rely on one or more of the following:

  • Performance of a contract
  • Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Legitimate business interests
  • Consent
  • Protection of vital interests
  • Other lawful bases available under applicable law

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw your consent subject to applicable law. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal
